New business sales and marketing PR

I\'m looking for someone to Launch my branch sales and healthcare business,
raise the company profile in order to secure sales.
Achieve a franchise team of 100 sales individuals by May 2011
Skills must be utilised to organise the following:

Re-write of website homepage
Develop understanding of current status, (fact finding, research, audit)
Brand guidelines >introduce a manual / document
Sales processes and guidelines
Client and supplier retention management
Environmental policy
Mini business plan with times lines and set targets
Create/ establish lines of communication
Understand the market and competitors (identify best practice)
Appoint advisory panel – testimonials and recommendations

This is the plan for 6 months.
