Due to a series of illnesses which have adversely affected my staff and myself my small company has ammassed a large quantity of negative google reviews, mostly for delayed delivery or failure to deliver timely refunds. I would like help with replying to these removes, removing them if possible and attracting positive reviews, The oldest review was posted in 2010 and until approximately 2 years ago were mostly five star reviews

Technically not possible to remove the Google Reviews, unless it violates Google's policy, like Spam, Harmful content, etc.

It's not possible for business to directly remove negative reviews from its Google profile unless those reviews violate Google’s content policies such as spam, fake reviews, offensive or illegal content, or reviews unrelated to actual business experiences.
