Net Promoter Score 7 page whitepaper for the hospitality sector

We need quality research into Net Promotor Score (NPS), what it is, how it can be used, specifically aimed at SME's within the hospitality industry (or chains but with individual branches). We then need a 7 page report writing.

This report will be used as a download on our website as a way to capture data of prospects interested in our NPS tool.

It needs to be well researched, well written, with a professional, simple and jargon free tone. This will be aimed at restaurant owners, pub landlords etc... so needs to be written for this audience.

We are launching this product under a new brand. Logos and names to be provided upon job acceptance.
