Need Press Release expert and distributor for upcoming event

I am seeking an expert to write a 1 page press release for an upcoming event. The challenge with this press release is that there are 2 aspects to it.
1. promotion of a discussion panel
2. The panel is followed by presentation of an award.

There is information on the speakers, date and a quote on the award.

The Press release should be succinct and engaging and is an advertisement to encourage people to attend the event.

I would prefer someone who has contacts in the national press and can also help distribute the press release to the target audience.
