Need a full affiliate program plan and launch

I'm looking for an experienced Affiliate marketing professional to help us create the right materials and collateral for our new affiliate program.

We sell an online seminar in the gaming arena and it has been extremely successful, so much so that hundreds of the original buyers have joined our affiliate program so they can spread the word. The challenge is that most of them have never been affiliates before so we need to create a great program and portfolio of materials for them to use when marketing the seminar

The successful person will need to recommend and work with us to produce emails, landing pages, banners. The successful bidder will be required to provide us with all copy, design and sequences so should factor this in to any bid price. We are using Infusionsoft as our referral partner centre, if you have experience in that system, that would be an advantage

There may be opportunities to actually work with us as an affiliate manager down the line.
