Each month my company collects; collates and enhances every planning application registered in the united kingdom. Currently 30,000 per month

We are about to launch an A5 publication that we will post directly to these homeowners who have applied for planning permission.

It is our intention to have a different publication for each county.

The unique points about these planning applicants is:

1. They are all homeowners - you cannot apply to build on somebody elses property.
2. They are all in the market for most services / products - randing from finance for the build to building products; windows; conservatories; kitchens; flooring the list is endless.
3. Each one will be buying / using the above services & products in the coming weeks & months.

We require experienced Advertising / Media sales experts to make this a success! We already have all of the design & production catered for.
