Marketing Strategy on a shoestring budget

Small family firm based in London, involved in property finance and investment, is looking for a marketing expert to create a strategy that can pull in new business. Our prospective clients are property developers, investors, etc.

Until now we've done our own marketing on an ad hoc basis. Times are tough and things have to change. Our resources are limited so we need inspired ideas and actions that will kick start sales in 2011.
