Marketing sales manager

I'm looking for someone who can get 20 sales individuals on board my business by end Jan 2011 and 60 altogether by March. Jan 4th 2011 start .
Essentially these individuals would be sales reps willing to pay for a branch in the company. This is a new business. If you could get other sales people to buy their own small franchise and quickly, then this is for you.
I could provide you with basic tools, business cards and an advert to kick start contacts for you.
Otherwise initiative and hard work essential.
Basic: £500 p/m (closing minimum 10 sales per month)
Commission: £120 per sale/ deal closed.
We are an advertising company in the healthcare industry.
I need more sales reps to expand the process we are promoting. (Business cards are our main product promoted in ongoing distribution, tho' would not be your department)
