Marketing - Sales Assistance

We are a small business (media industry). We need someone with marketing experience in this area to help us write promotional emails (2-3) and documents targeted at relevant media groups. We also need help to market ourselves and target our sales more effectively. The initial emails and other material will be about 150 words each. Please quote per hour for the consultancy - and please give details of how much per document in your quote.
