Marketing Private Client Department at a Solicitors Firm

We are looking to grow our private client department in a high street solicitors firm located in surrey. We would require a marketing candidate to approach local care home and funeral parlors and IFA's with a view to recommending our services for the elderly.
This would consist of an email and letter campaign with follow up telephone calls.
It would be a 4 week project starting in January.
The candidate would have to be self-promoting and able to bring marketing ideas to the company to assist with the campaign.
I would like details of previous successful campaigns the candidate has worked on.
