Marketing Plan, Strategy and Budget for a Resort in Borneo

We are planning a Luxury Villa Based resort on the beach in Malaysian Borneo which includes about 50, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury villas, a block of \"Hotel Suites\" a Clubhouse and ancillary facilities on 25 acres of beach front land with pristine blue waters and white sand, situated in a area which is a National Marine park with fantastic diving, fishing spots etc, close to world class diving spots like Sipidan Island in Borneo

We want to market and sell the luxury villas and hotel suites to international clients who can then lease back the property to the resort management and the whole to be run as a world class resort by an yet unidentified international resort and hotel management group.

We need a realistic marketing plan, strategy and a realistic budget for implementing the marketing plan
