Marketing Plan for Independent Hip Hop/R&B Artist

I mange two artist. We are in the process of recording a new EP. We are not currently looking to get signed to a major label but rather build fans via you tube ( and some viral videos), sound cloud, twitter, facebook and through email. the goal is to ultimately direct them to our website to purchase music gear and watch videos. I would also like to collect as many names and emails as possible so that I can market to our fans using CRM. I am not sure if we want to also get distributed through the major digital channels but I will consider it. Ultimately I need a nice plan to accomplish all of this written up in power point so that I can present to investors and the artists on my roster. assistance with financial projections would also be great. Someone with knowledge of the music industry would be killer. All of these marketing avenues should also includes gaining as many followers and generating as many plays as possible.
