Marketing help for a new website

We have a new website.

We need to generate sales from the website and we need a strong, creative Internet marketing whizz to create and manage a campaign.

We already have google analytics set up and are aware of our visitors and how ppl are find the site.

The problem is we need to get the site REALLY out there as it is a niche market aimed at DJ's.

I would want to see weekly reports and findings and be kept in the loop at all times.

This is an ongoing project and we are open to ideas.
