Marketing For Web Agency

I am looking to generate new business and a build up a client base for my Web Design Agency. My problem is that whilst I am very good at Web Design/Multimedia/Application Development I am not that good at marketing my skills.

I am looking for someone to act as an agent and to find me clients. I would offer a negotiable fee for all new work generated which would be paid upon completion. My website - www.swordfish.org.uk - gives an idea of what I can do.
