Marketing expert

We are launching job application web site and we need a marking expert to help drive users and traffic.
The website allows users to search from jobs from many websites from a single place (and our website) but then create & track their application on our website. We are not a job portal but merely help job seekers manage their job applications in a central place so they monitor their progress, analyse and improve their techniques. Crucially, it also allows to stop applying for the same job but posted on different platforms or applying over and over for the same job.
Our budget is not unlimited so we need a practical marketing plan. We think this will be a mixture of direct (emailing), social media and pay per view ads on job portals. We don't think search engine optimisation is necessary or effective.

Your role will be to devise such a plan and then execute and manage it. In the long run, you will also drive changes & new functionality to improve the web.

We are starting with UK and US and hope you will help us get 1K users registered in the first month.
