Marketing email for a Music video organisation

Hi

We are looking for someone to put together a well written, designed, and informative email to send to our client list.

We are a music PR organisation and have recently expanded into music videos. This email is aimed to introduce our music video service to all those on our mailing list and convince them to use our service. Our mailing list comprises of around 2000 emails and we require the email to be sent out to all of them.

We have three sectors to target, Record Labels, Recording Studios and Artist Management companies so the email will slightly differ to accommodate each sector.

We require someone from a strong marketing background who can work on their own initiative and get most of the information from our website with minimal assistance.
