Market research by telephone

We are thinking of buying a hotel and need some competitor information on the area in which the hotel is situated.
The task is to research hotels in a 20 mile radius of a rural town (up to 20 hotels) using a web search to identify the hotels, e.g. Google. We will specify the town and other search criteria to the person we engage for the task.
Then we need you to ring each hotel to say you are conducting a research project and see if they will provide the following information for their hotel:
- Total number of letting rooms
- Typical winter and summer room rates (inclusive or exclusive of breakfast)
- Average occupancy rates for the hotel (winter/summer/year)
- No of staff (Full time and part time)
- What accreditations and stars the hotel has e.g. AA 3 Star
You will need to engaging and personable on the phone to get them to release as much information as they can.
Then, present all results in an Excel spreadsheet by name of hotel to be emailed on completion.
A fixed price for this work would be preferred but we will agree an hourly rate and a cap on the number of hours as an alternative.
