Looking for an Adwords Export to review a very small Adwords account

Hi,

I'm quite experienced at Adwords, having used it for many years but I'm certainly not an expert. I've set up an account with some ads for an online webcam doctor, but I'd like an expert to spend an hour or two to make some suggestions and improvements. This isn't a big job given it's such a small account currently.

Please let me know if you have any experience with either a medical based site or an appointment booking based site previously.

If it goes well then I'd like to call on you at a future stage for ad-hoc advice.

Must be an English speaker and UK based.
