Looking for a persuasive person/sponsor recruiter

I have a really great job opportunity available. Here's what this is all about,

I've got a website about basketball...

...and I get roughly 2000 unique visitors per day. I want to attract sponsors who will put banners and/or advertising links on my site.

I need someone who will contact websites and get them to start advertising on my site. You can do the negotiation however you want. You can contact any website you want (they don't have to be sports related). It's your persuasion skills that will be most important.

If you manage to get a deal for $25 a month for example you will receive $50. If you get a deal for $100 a month you will receive $200 and so forth. Imagine if you can hit a home run:)

Tell the potential sponsors that all payments are made by PayPal.

However, I do have to say that this job isn't for everyone. I'm really looking for that special
person that could become a 'super star' on our team.
