Link Building Partner Required

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to read this project. I will be very precise about what I need and then hopefully I will get a an exact match to what I am looking for.

What I need is:

200 Directory submissions with 10 unique title and descriptions (20 each)
100 Article submissions with 5 unique variations (20 each)
250 varied social bookmarks
50 one way links from directly related websites (PR 2 and above only)
A Standard link report at the end of the period showing where all the links can be found, PR etc etc

The conditions around the above are as follows:

1. One way non-reciprocal links only, no link exchanges.
2. All links must be permanent.
3. No link farms or spam sites.
4. No sites banned by google.
5. Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache.
6. All links should be free and not paid links.
7. Link pages must be related to the sites industry (will be confirmed)
8. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses.
9. Links must be on pages with no more than 40 outgoing links.
10.On way links must contain our target anchor text and link to a given page.
11. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc.
12 Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of at least 2, not just a PR2 site.
13. No links from adult or pharmaceutical or gambling websites etc

The time frame for delivery will be 8 weeks. I would require the above to be split evenly over the 8 weeks. This is a big part of the requirement. Happy to leave this up to you to manage how you see fit. But must be spread out

I have a number of websites I personally own and a number of clients who will require the same services shortly. I need an immediate starter for my site bulgariasunandski.com. (project 1)

Please can your price be for 1 project ONLY. This needs to be your package price for the above requirements. This will be the same requirement for ongoing projects

Please bear in mind when pricing this project that you will not have to bid on future projects; I will just come to you with the work. Job 1 starts straight away, job 2 will start in a week and 3rd job will start on the 10th December. More will be scheduled in after completion of job 1.

In your bid, please can you advise the mechanism by which you will source each of the link types as stated above. happy that auto systems are used for a couple of link types but I need to be 100% clear on your techniques as I am ultimately responsible for my clients online reputation and I will not take chances on this.

I dont mind where you are based and happy to communicate over email and PPH. I do need someone/company that can potentially take on 2-3 campaigns at once over 6-8 week periods and build good ongoing relationship with me.
