Lecturer / Consultant on Procurement

We are looking for a lecturer/consultant who can do the course for procurement managers in Kuala Lumpur or in Singapore on any 2 or 3 days from 24 to 30 January 2011. The course will cover topics on purchasing and procurement and supplies. We need the lecturer/consultant urgently. Preferable if the lecturer is based in Malaysia or Kuala Lumpur or Singapore.
