This website makes a significant amount of money selling watch straps. Buyers will be looking for an authentic product, low prices, fast delivery and guidance for fitting the strap.

Traffic arrives on this site mainly via specific PPC adverts, but also via Google Shopping adverts and through browsing from the home page.

Bablas do sell the pin removal tool needed for the job, which would be an obvious up-sell.

I can't provide analytics access without spending ages sorting out a non-disclosure agreement etc - however for future jobs this would be possible.

Your goal is to create ideas for improving conversion rates. The format of your recommendations isn't important, but bear in mind that if this all goes to plan you might end up doing lots of these so simple is better! A list of clear bullet points is fine, as is a dodgy scanned-in drawing that you've annotated. As long as our designer can take your idea and produce a mock-up without further information - it's fine.
