If you've written direct response ads in the past, this could be perfect for you.
We need someone to write job ads for sales hunters. Our service helps companies identify who the real sales hunters are using a unique personality assessment and we call it Sales Hunter DNA. Not only is it pretty slick, it's remarkably accurate.
When a new contract comes in, we need 3 different (unique) ads for it right away because we rotate the ads pretty consistently for about 3 months. Based on our sales/marketing efforts, you can expect one of these contracts a week.
Because the ads themselves are for sales people, specifically, sales hunters, boring HR-type ads just won't cut it.
You know the kind…
MUST have:
• College degree
• 10+ years experience in XYZ
• And a
• Laundry list
• Of 25 other things
• That only makes the HR person feel important
We need something that captures the attention of sales hunters - attracting only the best of the best while turning away the below average candidates. We'll collaborate with you to accomplish these things.
Over time, we're hoping that you'll create at least 3 different formats so our ads don't look completely cookie-cutter. (We'd like to pay $50 per ad, so for 3 different formats, you could make $150 per assignment.)
