"Jack of all trades" marketing Ninja required

We are a medi-spa based in Reading, Berkshire (www.ayurveda-retreat.co.uk and www.oasis-therapy.co.uk). We need someone to take care of all our marketing requirements. Here is what we need to get done:
Updating our websites (which run on Joomla), SEO, search marketing (eg listing on relevant directories etc), CRM, PR, social media, writing a blog for us, and generally executing our marketing plan for us.

We envisage that for us to make some headway, we would probably require around 50 hours+ of work in the first month, with less time required in subsequent months. This engagement is likely to be ongoing.

We need someone with experience (or the proven ability to acquire the required skills)to do all that we need.
