Introduction letter to a department store for a food product

I am looking for someone who has experience in sales letters who have worked for previous small food product clients wishing to gain access to seelilng their products at major department stores (not tescos etc but more Harrods and Selfridges).

I would like someone who can take a script and totally revamp it to a more sutiable style which fits my products quirky nature. I dont wish to have someone who will just change a few words as i could do that myself.

Someone with reviews a bonus and from the United Kingdom as i need someone who has experience with this sort of thing.

I would ideally like a very quick turnaround
