This company was started in February 2006

There is two Directors in the Company Me and My Partner,
My name is Danie Roothman and my partner's name is Anita Draper,
Our Company name is Piccato Consultants Ltd. www.piccato.co.uk . We have a Security Guarding company that only operate on high standards, we have been devoting all our time and efforts to commiting to understand the real security need that is at hand and not the 'hype - to busy looking good than actually being good' that is actually hired to the people at this moment from many security firms.

We have a couple of sites, and this last 20 months was really all about working in the company almost more than working on the company, me and my partner dont get to marketing, my partner take care of business development and tenders, admin and payroll.

I take care of Marketing, Operations, Investments, and Health and Safety.

This is the resources we have available;

Small Business Server Network, we are not utilising this fully, dont have enough understanding of what options are available to us.

Website that is professionaly done but it has to be updated with which directions we are running in at the moment. and what we are ofering at the same time..also we do not really fully utilize our website, we need to fully benefit from having it.

Now we have a outsourced contractor, Allison, who basicaly get in contact with the clients and who will do a presentation and seal the deal.

marketing processes will have to be connected to Allison, the idea would be for whatever results we get from the e-commerce marketing campaign to have all information forwarded to Allison so she can follow up and seal the deal.

Now if the candidate feels that he/she can also achieve this service, we will always be open to suggestions.

But we need serious advertising and marketing to be bring in more clients and get our name out as a brand.

This candidate should be able to setup the E-commerce department, with all neccessary processes and procedures.

This might be a short project but we only have the following days open spaces in the office, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday's.

The candidate for this project will have the option of either setting up this project and then train some one on how to run this department or stay on, on a 2 day a week or whatever suitable for candidate.
All candidates can suggest other alternatives, we are flexible.
