Internet Marketer for Dating Site

I require an Internet Marketer to help grow my Dating business. Prior experience in the dating industry would be beneficial but not essential. However, a proven Marketing Strategist is essential.

I currently advertise on Google Adwords for a very niche dating market. I have been profitable for a while now, however i am looking to grow massively and increase my conversion rates into registrations at least 2-fold. I have just had my site re-designed into a conceptual state and am working on launching it soon.

I only want to hear from Freelancers who are based in the UK and who are available daily on either MSN/Skype so we could throw ideas together. In submitting your proposal, please also state an example of a business you have helped grow and increase revenue.

It would help if you are an Adwords expert as well as i need to prune my current campaign + try new keywords.
