    Haha , look dear,James ... I put a low budget because I don’t know the market price so and I need help in determining what exactly I need before , once that is settled the seller will make me the right proposal il accept and we’ll get the job done. Also I’m looking for people who want a challenge and long term relationships so the only idiot in the equation is you.
