I need to promote a Medical Tourism website in New York State, USA.

I am looking for someone who is based in the USA with expertise in website promotion. The website is for a medical tourism agency based in the UK and Ireland. The website is www.getmedicaltreatmentabroad.com. There are 2 markets namely corporate clients and individuals. I can discuss this with interested freelanchers. Please do not submit generic bids. I am looking to establish a medium to long-term relationship and need someone who has the right ideas. The basics are in place i.e registration with google, bing etc, site map complete etc.
