I need press release distribution services for a pre-written release

We have a release ready-to-go that needs to be distributed and released to the media. It is for a retail store for Halloween in Alberta, Canada. We are budget conscious and are therefor not releasing it on one of the major pr sites ourselves and are looking for someone to get this out to the public in a cost effective manner. We would like search engines to be able to pick it up asap.. please provide a budget and idea of what you think you can get for that budget.
