I need cold calls for my business

I have a medical sales company that I am looking to promote throughout the state of California. We help medical professionals connect to other local professionals to share, buy or sell medical equipment and office space, as well as find office staff. I would like calls made to introduce potential customers to our business and get them to sign up. The primary goal is to get the caller to sign up. The second priority is to set up additional calls between these interested customers and our marketing team to get them to list items on our website.
