Hi there,
Looking for assistance with developing an HR / PR strategy for engaging employees.We have recently done a staff survey following a rebrand and have received staff feedback which is not so great. We have analysed the results in terms of understanding the statistics of feedback and the responses and we need to develop a strategy to roll out over the next 6 months. We used Survey Monkey for the survey.
What we need is an employee engagement strategy for management by giving suggestions and ideas to make sure that we turn around the trend of demotivation and uncertainties following the rebrand. This includes suggesting what HR/ CEOs and management should do to address the challenges expressed by staff and providing practical (not theoretical) ideas of what they should do .
They have already done townhalls but the feedback will inform the attitudes of the staff.
We would also need assistance with summarising the feedback as well to enable us to present a summary to the leadership , then follow through with a strategy from an HR Perspective.
