I need a SEO, PPC Expert

We currently have several campaigns configured, including the marketing campaigns, and Google. Our expertise is very limited and we believe that our ads could use some work. We're looking for someone to help us develop new and update our existing ads as well as get us live on Bing advertising. We are looking for someone who is great at Google, Facebook and Bing. We are a small locally owned business with a specialty target market in our area.
