I need a leaflet to go out to previous customers

We are a company that fit oil boilers under a Government grant scheme. We want to thank the customer for using our company (Independent Energy Savers limited) and let them know there's a £150.00 customer incentive for recommending a friend who gets their grant from us.

For their friend to be eligible for the grant scheme you must be on certain benefits: - Pension credit, income-based job seekers allowance, income support, income related employment and support allowance, tax credit (includes working tax credit and child credit), and universal credit.

The customer must also live in a property that currently has an OIL/LPG boiler already fitted. Their cash reward will be paid as soon as their friend's boiler is fitted.

I have enclosed an extremely rough copy that took 2 minutes - just to show our logos etc ( we tend to use the colour green as we are an eco company. ) I am no marketing graduate - so a smart and friendly leaflet is what I'm looking for.
