I need a genuine go- between to help me reach key people in Dubai Apri

This is a strange one....but I need someone who has contacts in Dubai. I am very keen to work in UAE. I go for just a week's holiday in April. My skills lie in care development for the elderly, people with dementia and people/children with disability. I have some history in the Middle East and a lot of experience to bring to the area, However, it has been a nightmare trying to contact people. I understand how to meet people and how it's different in the various MENA countries but I still need help.

I guess payment would be released around or just after I might be successful and meet people as I have already been subject to a few scams. Does this appeal to anyone and then I will be glad to explain more in personal messages.
