Help with Marketing my company to the local community /wording on web site leaflets etc

Hi all you marketing gurus.
I have never advertised for this type of work before so just put your honest bid price in.
I am setting up a lawn mowing/ gardening company.
I hope to specialise in mowing on a weekly or fortnightly bases along with other services ,tending to flower beds, pressure cleaning drives, re coating fences etc, make this into a annual contract paid by the client monthly by direct debit or BACS
I have named the company Lawn Frog, had a logo designed etc however I could do with some help in fast tracking this service to as many people who would benefit from my service in a strategic way to gain manageable growth with penetration in a cost effective manner.
Whoever wins this job will have to show they have a successful track record in this field with references and proof of recent success.
Whilst at first it might not look much I have done a trial last year and found I can with 1 assistant cut enough lawns to turn over £300 a day I hope to have 4+ teams out doing this work with the correct marketing within 12-18 months.
There after I have views on direction that would require more marketing skills, so this could lead to a long term project for the right person.
My last company (building based) I took from £0 to £500k a year in 4 years before selling it.
