Help with arranging focus group sessions in Liverpool for market research purposes

My start-up is currently developing apps for people, who work in pubs and bars and to test our ideas, I'm looking to set up 2 focus group sessions in Liverpool Tuesday 7 March 2017. Each session will take about 45 to 60 min. To make the arrangements, I need someone Liverpool based to help me advertise locally (online probably), ensure that we have 5 participants in each session and secure a 3h room booking somewhere, where we can interview people. We can pay 35 per person who joins, which should make it easy to find and sign up people. We can support from our London office, but we need someone on the ground as well. We will however send someone to run the focus groups on the day. Probably involves 4-6h work. That is at least the experience from our focus groups in other parts of the UK.
