Help from a PR perspective on a halloween project

We are looking for a PR professional to help formulate a strategy and implement it for the promotion of a halloween video which is being produced, we have previously released 2 halloween specials for our tattoo company based in the West Midlands UK. were looking to try and gain some press coverage for our 3rd installment. Please see previous 2 examples below. We are hoping to base the story around a creative business grating innovative videos to promote tattooing in a unique light.
