Help boosting reach to promote a webinar

We are hosting a free webinar on the 8th September and I need some help reaching a bigger audience in the AIRLINES and AVIATION, AIRFIELD EQUIPMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE industries.
Do you possess contact data IE: phone numbers, emails, contacts?

We would like to boost the attendees for the webinar, how can you help me to do that?
Do you want direct contact via email and calls to create warm scenario?

Please provide an estimate of how many hours you think you would need and what information you require to do the work.
The forementioned data if possible and how many attendees do you need for the webinar?
