PS4fitness
PS4fitness is a new business venture aimed at providing an innovative approach to fitness to the general public. They are three main products:
1. 1:1 Personal Training
2. PS4fitness unique fitness programmes comprising of two work streams using personal training methodology in a group environment (maximum of 15 people):
a. A structured weight loss and lifestyle management programme aimed at individuals that want to get fit and/or lose weight.
b. A structured muscle building programme for individuals that want to build muscle including nutritional advice.
3. Aerobics classes including Zumba, Body pump, Boxercise etc.
Three separate advertisements are required of A1 size and they should be themed to reflect the following types of fitness offerings:
1. 14 Day Fat Furnace
2. 21 Day body transformation
3. Spartan “muscle build” workout
