Google Analytics goal tracking + a few more things

I would like to ask for a quote for the following work. 

I have a B2B website selling consulting and coaching services. The objective is Lead Generation - exact Goals / Events are specified below. The website is built using Wix, some embedded forms are provided through 3rd parties, also specified below.

Could you please provide me a quote for the following deliverables (overall):

- GA: filter out internal traffic (1 desktop + 1 mobile)

- GA: set up tracking of 8 goals:
>> Chat Engagement (Wix plugin)
>> Chat Lead Submission (Wix plugin)
>> Contact Form Submission (Wix form)
>> Subscription Form (ActiveCampaign form)
>> Free Guide Form (ActiveCampaign form)
>> Click Through to PDF (Wix hosting)

>> Click through to Calendly page (Calendly)

- GA: set up tracking of all site events such as button click, scrolling down the page, etc

- GA: linking with Search Console

- AdWords: install Conversion Tracking to track the same 8 goals as GA

I'd appreciate it if you could indicate both the cost and timeline for this project.
