Google Adwords Expert required for Higher conversion

Hi,

I have well setup google adwords campaigns from last 7 month, I really need someone highly expert Google Adwords Partner (Certified) to manage my campaign and increase the conversion rate which is currently very low,

Having campaign from last 7 month, all the analysis are there,, all the data is there to study and tune the campaigns into best conversion rates.

I need minimum daily 10 conversions average.
