I'm interested in providers who can provide \"more bang for our buck\" in media coverage.
Prefio.com is a newly launched business which is looking to completely turn upside down recruitment, initially focusing upon our previous home ground of the property and construction sectors. Please visit:
1. http://www.prefio.com - for background on what we do
2. http://www.realwire.com/release_detail.asp?ReleaseID=11517 fora press release that we put out a few days ago.
What I do / do not want:
1. I've worked with a really nice London PR agency previously who charged a monthly retainer of £thousands for 3-4 months minimum. Lovely people, worked hard, some decent press coverage but questionable as to definable results for our business. I'm afraid that this time around our initial budget needs to be A LOT LESS.
2. I don't see most of the value added coming from your wordsmithing skills and honing press releases to perfection - I expect that you can write a better release than me but ...
3. What I need is somebody who knows the national press / property & construction media and can SPEAK to the journalists / editors and get our story in their media : Estates Gazette, Property Week, Business sections of Times, Sunday Times, Telegraph, Sunday Telegraph, Guardian, Independent etc. Broadcast media.
