Gain clients for a Dance Venue

We have a dance venue, soon to be franchised out. We need to create a FULL timetable at our flagship studios.

We currently have about 7 schools hiring space from us but we need to increase this.

The role we wish someone to fill is to contact dance schools and sell them our space, we will beat the studio price they are paying now.

We would also like to get professional dancers using the studios in the daytime to train being taught by professional teachers.

This is on a Fixed Fee commision only basis FOR EVERY SCHOOL THAT BOOKS SPACE WITH US YOU RECEIVE £? (You bid how much you would like to receive for each booking you gain). For example if 'Tinkx Academy' booked to use our studios you receive £10.

We have 4 dance studios, and a martial arts gym. Therefore our wider target market is, exercise instructors, martial arts schools, yoga schools, childrens clubs, pilates, drama schools etc.

This role may then be continued into other areas we franchise into. The flagship branch is located in Erith, close to Dartford and Bexleyheath. We have free security parking and a coffee lounge bar. We also have an office avaliable for you to use or you can do it from your own location via telephone and email.
