I’m seeking a reliable and confident freelancer to conduct property viewings for a residential property that’s currently listed for sale.

You’ll act as my on-the-ground representative, greeting prospective buyers, showing them around, and presenting the property in a friendly and professional manner.

Highlight key selling points (provided in a briefing pack)

Answer basic questions from prospective buyers

Record and share brief feedback after each visit

Handle access and security responsibly

Requirements:
