Freelance Sales Recruitment

The Sales Recruitment Network (Severn) requires an Associate to cover South Wales postcodes. Working with the Severn Division franchise holder, the Associate will develop clients in the south Wales area from databases provided and obtain recruitment assignments for Sales and Marketing people.
Successful placements typically result in fee income of £3000 to £10000, depending on starting salary, and the Associate will receive 70% of the fee after disbursements.
Please note: As this is a franchised business, there is a relatively low ingoing fee payable (£2000) to secure the area and to cover training, stationery, database access etc. 25% of this is refundable oveer the first two successful placements. There is also a small monthly marketing contribution - no other outgoings. This contribution goes towards advertising and job board access.

we would expect the associate to earn a minimum of £35k in the first year, and in excess of £60k in year 2. Success is totally dependent on the effort put in. ideally, the associate will be based in the M4 south Wales corridor and have substantial business contacts in the region.
