Freelance sales person

I am looking for a highly motivated individual who excells in sales and communication. I have set up on my own as a graphic design for print studio working from home. I need someone who can go out there and sale my skills and bring back design projects. I offer a mutually agreed percentage of the clear profit as a reward/payment. I am very good at what I do but lack the sale abilities. Anyone there? I am based near Thirsk in North Yorkshire. I work literally 7 days a week if I have to, my job is almost a hobby to me. The sales person should be a good communicator, flexible, honest and selve motivated.
