Freelance Sales needed

Our company develops a niche software product selling to SMEs and large multi-nationals. We have received a lot of interest and are at the stage where we need to take on more people to follow-up on leads, generate new leads and advise us on our sales strategy as we grow.

We are looking for highly motivated, freelance Sales or Business Development professionals who are keen to learn more about our product and market. Our structure is aimed at giving you the flexibility and autonomy to work from home at a pace that suits your needs. While you win new work, we expect you to represent our brand professionally, maintaining the high standards our clients expect. Periodically we may ask to meet up to discuss opportunities.

Commission will be paid on all new wins as a percentage of the 1st order confirmation. The structure is flexible i.e. can be increased once a proven record has been established and payment will be made to you immediately on receipt of payment from each new win client.

The commission structure includes the following rates:

New win orders and invoice settled £0 - £5000 = 10% (uncapped)
New win orders and invoice settled £5000 - £15,000 = 15% (uncapped)
New win orders and invoice settled £15,000 - $50,000 = 20% (uncapped)
New win orders and invoice settled $50,000+ = neg% (uncapped)
