Freelance Recruitment Consultant

Role:
This work is of a part-time nature which can be undertaken in your spare time, working from home, week-days during office hours, on an ongoing basis. You will operate as a freelance consultant earning according to successfully completed assignments.
This opportunity would be ideal for someone who is already working as freelancer or who does not want to be employed full time.
The opportunity does exist for exceptional candidates to be offered permanent role with related benefits in the future, based upon ongoing performance and on own merit over an initial period of time.

Potential candidate should have previous experience in the recruitment industry and ideally in one of the sectors listed below:
â�’¢ Industrial and Warehousing
â�’¢ Construction
â�’¢ Transport
â�’¢ Hospitality & Catering.

Duties:
â�’¢ Bring in new clients into the business
â�’¢ Calling existing and potential clients
â�’¢ Establishing good working relationships with clients
â�’¢ Be able to promote the business
â�’¢ Recruitment & Selection process

Earning Potential:
The chosen candidate will be able to earn decent income depending on the completed assignments.
This is a recruitment based role therefore consultants will need to have a second or initial form of income to see themselves through the initial period financially.
Payment conditions will be decided after a mutual agreement between the candidate and agency before each assignment.

Requirements:
â�’¢ A home land-line.
â�’¢ A quiet home environment.
â�’¢ A PC with the internet as much of our correspondence such as training and all assignments are delivered electronically.
â�’¢ Excellent English communication skills.
â�’¢ Willing to put in the effort and be comfortable and confident speaking to business executives and senior managers, having a business2business experience is ideal.
â�’¢ A high level of self and target motivation and a desire to earn a maximum income on an ongoing basis.
