Freelance Recruitment Consultant

We are a Recruitment Agency specialising in Financial Sector Recruitment. We are looking for a Consultant to work on a freelance basis to manage an existing relationships and possibly develop new Business.

We will pay you a large percentage of all commission generated from placements and the possibility of earning a share in the Company based on results.

The successful person will need to have:
Previous recruitment sales experience.
Ability and resources to source and search for suitable candidates.

We will provide:
Job board advertising.
Website advertising and presence.
Email address.
All relevant documentation - Templates, legal documentation etc.

We will pay away up to 70% of the commission generated dependant on results and are also willing to offer the potential incentive to obtain shares in the Company (after qualifying period).

We are happy to consider Part time candidates, as well as full time.
